So forget the crazy ab machines and routines. It’s what you put in your mouth that counts. As a physician who has reviewed hundreds of diet and weight loss programs, in addition to thousands of clinical and scientific studies, I was actually quite impressed by the nutritional information found in Truth About Abs. For the most part it was right on. There were a few inaccuracies (dairy for weight loss, soy is fattening etc) but overall I think the nutritional information was spot on and a welcome relief to a lot of the rubbish you find in many diet and weight loss books.




The real strength of Truth about Abs is the exercise and fitness section. Mike Geary knows his stuff when it comes to developing a pair of six packs in the shortest time possible using a few simple and effective routines. While I think the Truth About Abs strength is the exercise and fitness section it also points to a weakness. While the Truth About Abs has a simple meal plan outline, there are no recipes for you to follow his plan in a straight forward way at home. So while the information is sound, Mike leaves it up to you as far as implementing his dietary information.



Overall, if you’re looking for a fool-proof fitness and workout routine with some sound nutritional information I highly recommend Truth About Abs. However if you’re looking for a diet plan you can easily follow at home along with a lifestyle behavior modification program and an exercise program that will have you burning fat without breaking a sweat, I recommend that you look into OMG Fat Loss.

The Diet Solution Program is a program designed to help men and women lose weight quickly and safely. So, in this Diet Solution Program Review I want to show you a couple of the core principles behind The Diet Solution Program and how each one is interconnected.

Before I go into detail I want to tell you a bit about my story. I've always been slightly heavy, never "fat" (atleast I never thought of myself as such) but it's always been on my "to-do" list to get a good body. When I would see the celebs rocking those tight bodies I KNEW that a body like that would make me feel so much better about myself. Not that my self esteem was low or anything, I just really wanted all eyes on me (you know the feeling J )

So I took the plunge and ordered the Diet Solution Program and thought I'd share my views on the program in this Diet Solution Program Review. First off, there are a ton of topics and issues that Isabel explains to me that completely changed my view on dieting. Who would have though that you should actually EAT to LOSE WEIGHT? Uhhh, not me! But the way she explains it made complete sense. Eating increases your metabolism which burns fat, not only that, but eating certain types of increase your basil metabolic rate which in turn helps your burn fat while you're resting.

Now, in this Diet Solution Program Review I'm not saying that you can eat one "magical" type of food that will make you lose weight while you sleep and never have to get on the treadmill but I am saying that some of the tips, and food she points out in this program will instantly bump your metabolic rate.


There was one slight point of interest I disagreed with Isabel on though, and that was when she was talking about carbs. She claims low-carb diets are bad (which they are) but the truth of the matter is they burn fat, FAST! However, (like she points out) they are unsustainable and terrible for your health. The cool thing is she point out exactly which carbs you NEED and which ones you should steer clear from so you can still eat some carbs.

The Results

After using Isabels system for about 2 weeks now, I've lost 12 pounds. In all honesty, I'm pretty freakin excited. It's only been two weeks and I've dropped 12 pounds. The best part is I'm not hungry all the time!

Now here's the kicker... I've lost weight like this before, but I've always gained it back because I'm starving myself all the time. This time I'm doing it the RIGHT way.... And I doubt I'll gain it back.
